Dear Sir,
We are pleased to offer you the position of Senior Engineer (Pipeline Coating & Installation), Facilities Engineering Department, Development Division with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for a three (3) years period commencing on 16th October 2008.
During the contract period, you shall be paid a monthly basic salary of RMXX,0000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia : Xxxxxxxx Thousand only) inclusive of Malaysian personal income tax. Other terms and conditions of this offer shall be as per the enclosed Employment Contract (non-negotiable).
Please note that this conditional offer is subjected to the medical clearance by the company’s Health Advisor.
Should the above condition is not met, we reserve the right to withdraw this conditional offer by giving you a written notice.
This Offer Letter together with the attached Employment Contract is sent to you in three (3) originals. If this offer is acceptable, please signify your acceptance as follows by:-
a. Signing two (2) originals of the Acceptance Form to the Offer Letter; and
b. Initialling on every page of the two (2) originals of the Employment Contract,
and submit the above documents to us no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this Offer Letter.

susahkan bila kita kene buat satu2 keputusan. Tapi setiap hari kita berhadapan dalam membuat keputusan. Dari yg susah2 sampai la yg senang2 contoh nak makan apa? Bila nak makan? Kat mana nak makan? dan mcm2 lagi hanya untuk soal makan. Tambah2 kalo kita dah masuk dlm comfort zone, mula la rasa berat nak berhijrah. Hijrah is good to upgrade ourselve. Ini My personal view ya:
1. You r still young, this is a good opportunity for you to achive what u want for your self, family, agama. Tak la dok tang tu je…
Reply2. Good experience for you n your family, since anak kecik2 lagi masih ok nak duduk kat KL. Bila anak besar2 then u need xtra time to pantau anak2 nie.
3. Either u can take them with you to KL or jd weekend husband
4. After 3 years, may be u can ask for transfer, Petronas ada banyak cawangankan.
5. kalau u x happy may be after that u can apply for another company back to your hometown, biasanya ex-Petronas is highly in demand.
6. Bila u buat istiharah, serah keputusan pada DIA.
7. Dr Tuah kata, dlm diri kita ada dua hati, hati besar n hati kecik. Percaya pada hati kecik. He will tell the truth.
8. If my husband in your condition, i’ll ask him to go. Achive once in life time. Bukan senang nak dapat offer Petronas. Only the best man win. I’ll support him in every way i can. Not only for him but for us. Jgn jadikan anak n pasangan kita sebagai alasan sbb kami adalah sebagai dugaan dan amanah. Arwah ayah pernah pesan, Org yg banyak alasan x akan berjaya.

10. I hve been thru this situation before masa nak resign dari BP Chemicals after 10year of service. Mmg dlm comfort zone. Mmg sy tahu susahnya buat keputusan, tapi Allah tolong buat keputusan sy, n i follow. Alhamdulillah i’m happy now. Skrg sy keje dekat ngan anak2 plus keje dikelilingi doktor2 dan student. Semua dah ditakdirkan, baru2 ni, anak sulung sy didignosekan dengan bone tumor dan dlm masa yg sama ibu saya kene stroke. Alhamdullillah, bos2 sy (prof. n doktors kat sini) faham dan banyak membantu sy dari segi nasihat , bantuan perubatan dan masa. X dapat sy bayangkan kalo saya menidakkan keputusan Allah untuk berhijrah tempohari. Bagaimana nasib saya anak beranak.
