I can’t sleep again

I can’t sleep again tonight. Third night in a row.
I’m getting tired of this! Took sleeping pill but no work my friends.. zzzz.

What a waste of time to lie in bed from around 12.30am until 4.00am in the morning and never fall asleep. My job starts at 08:00am so I have to get up at 07:45am which means I need to get some sleep before that. Aisey.. I know what you think.. soon after sahur I pray Subuh la.

Then I go to bed again at 06:00am or something like that and sleep until 07.45am.. normally until 8.30am ha ha ha..

What? Read books that I really hate before falling asleep..? No work at all.
Have sex until I get tired? Not necessary my friends..

I don’t know why I can’t sleep..

Let’s sing together..

Tiada lagi yang ku harapkan
Tiada lagi yang ku impikan
Biar aku sendiri tanpa diri mu . . . .

Now.. back to bed.

    kalu dr zaman study dulu hingga skarang enche eddy tak leh tido, memang teruk la nyakit tu…kalu sy agaknye dh tinggal kulit ngan tulang je kot…huhu..enche edyy try la gi mintak air bacaan Yassin ke Quran dr org2 alim ulamak..mane tau kot2 leh membantu..

It works for me probably cuz I only take it once in a while when I feel like getting sick due to not enuf sleep.Tak berani amik satu pill,takut2 terlajak semua org tak bangun sahur. And probably I dun smoke so no nicotine in my system to make the pill ineffective.

    Dulu saya pernah jadi mcm tuh. Pastu berubat ngan penuntut darussyifa’. Tapi ada satu tips dari dr, perubatan. Makan badam atau kuaci. Tapi jangan makan yang digerang atau dibakar. Mentah. Saya penah try..lena!
