Broken Heart? Meh kita sembang..

I know how you feel, there are few things more painful than a broken heart. Rilex lah.. tak kemananyer lah ..
It is normal to feel the way you do now since you have invested so much of yourself into a relationship than is now over. Decide whether you are ready to move on with your life and forget about your ex or whether you simply can’t live without him and need to win him back as soon as possible.
Ok, first things first, you should completely cut off all contact with your ex. This will not be easy but you just need to let them go for a while. No phoning, smsing or emails. Even if in the future you decide that you want to try and reconcile the relationship, this is still the best thing to do for now, either way. The one thing you don’t want to do is lock yourself away in your room and be lonely with the breakup constantly on your mind. I understand… your situation is different then anyone else’s, no one could possibly understand what you’re feeling. Gezzz…

Of course there is no guarantee that you will get back together with your ex. Orait.. but after a breakup, all your ex wants is some time and space away from you. If you care about the relationship at all and want to bring it back, you will need to give him what he is asking for. Respect what he needs. Let your ex know you are aware of the repercussions that your actions have caused, and you are ready to accept your fate just to make them whole again.
