Let me tell you a story of a camel, father and his son.
The father and his son together with the camel were crossing the hot desert. The father let the son ride on the camel while he was pulling the camel. Then they came a cross a group of deserters who critized the son who being pulled by his father whereby the son should be doing that.
So then the father gets on the camel and let the son pull the camel but people still look badly at them because the father is making the son walk.
So then they both walk beside the camel and people look at them like they were crazy!
Then they decide to just carry the camel on their backs… huhuhu.
That is how in these days, no matter what we are doing, there will be always people ready to critic.

Yep that’s true, decision making can be hard. Decision making is about facing a question, such as, “take it or leave it”. That is a decision that we have to make.
We have to make decision and accept the consequences.
What makes it so hard to make decisions?
Simple answer, the future is so unpredictable.

OK OK I know you know the answer to this riddle.
The most common answer is “To get to the other side.” Now lets see the ‘answers’ I received through email..
Who cares..
DR. PHIL:
The problem we have here is that this chicken won’t realize that he must first deal with the problem on “THIS” side of the road before it goes after the problem on the “OTHER SIDE” of the road. What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he’s acting by not taking on his “CURRENT” problems before adding “NEW” problems.
OPRAH:
Well I understand that the chicken is having problems, which is why he wants to cross this road so bad. So instead of having the chicken learn from his mistakes and take falls, which is a part of life, I’m going to give this chicken a car so that he can just drive across the road and not live his life like the rest of the chickens.
BUSH:
We don’t really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road, or not. The chicken is either against us, or for us. There is no middle ground here.

Malaysian Foreign and Home ministries came up with the idea in response to a string of cases where women travelling alone were used by international drug syndicates to smuggle drugs across borders. In 119 cases of Malaysian women being brought before foreign courts, about 90 percent were linked to drugs.
Malaysian government is considering requiring women to obtain the written consent of their families or employers before being allowed to travel alone outside the country.
Wah.. Our government should educate all travellers especially woman by advertising a big banner outside the airport,
“Woman - Do not drug trafficking” .. ha ha.

Women talk almost three times as much as men, with the average woman chalking up 20,000 words in a day, 13,000 more than the average man. Wow!!
The differences between the male and female brain explain why women are naturally more talkative than men. Don’t mad at me, Dr Luan Brizendine from the University of California says women devote more brain cells to talking than men.
Sometimes I work with a bunch of women and yes they never shut up.
No wonder!

Lets do this.
You whisper something to the person next to you. Then he or she whispers what he or she thinks you said to the next person, and so on. Then the last person in the chain says it loudly. You then repeats the original sentence which of course is quite different with the last person.
This is an example of damaging gossip that spreads false information. Its happen everywhere, not only in the office, but it seem to have one in every office.
Women at work!
There is an Arabic proverb: Gossip of two women will destroy two houses..
Why do people gossip? People are always interested and curious about how other people’s live. If the gossip is somewhat “colorful” the more interesting it is. And of course its fun… life would be so boring without it.
Guard our tongues before speaking to anyone about anyone else. Remember, when we participate in gossip, we run the risk of damaging our credibility.
