TCOT and OCS handover to Petronas Carigali

July 2nd, 2008 by eddyra on Oil & gas

TCOT and OCS has been officially handed over to Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd. I went to TCOT this morning and I can see all EMEPMI logos has been changed to Petronas. Exxonmobil has operated TCOT and OSC since 1983. Almost 25 years.

As a record, Exxonmobil (EMEPMI) has operated the Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) which processes between 250,000 to 280,000 barrels of crude oil per day from EMEPMI offshore platforms, and the Onshore Slug Catcher (OSC) process up to 2.25 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day.

Now everything has changed, they have new management, rules and bla bla bla..
