The whole reason why I am writing this post is because I wanted to express my dissatisfaction on the TM Net Streamyx service. My Streamyx line was just being useless lately with lines having hiccups where it getting slowed and suddently cant make a connection and I am sick of it!

Streamyx is really suck and I agree with alexallied in his Streamyx ala Penang Char Kueh Tiaw post. I think Penang Char Kueh Tiaw is still OK la but to me, streamyx is like a menopausal women who is having a few mood swings, occasionally depressed and loss of sexual desire. Its normal happend to women who generally around age 50. But how old is this Stremyx..? 40 years? Huhuhu…

Paul Ooi in his post in 2005 has experienced with Streamyx Customer Service to do this and this. They still using the same ‘text script’ until now and nothing has changed.

Recently Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has come up with new packages of its high-speed connectivity and broadband services at more affordable prices, which offers up to 30% discounts on subscription fees for a duration of 24-months for all new subscribers of Streamyx Enterprise and Corporate packages.
