TMpoint suck.

I am really pissed off. Yes, piss off.

Let me share with you the dates and chronological order of how this happen to me.

27 April - I went to TM Point Chukai, Kemaman to transfer the phone line and Streamyx account to the new house. This kakak asked me to fill up the transfer form or whatever form name I didnt bother to know. OK everything will be OK, RM50.00 will be charged to my next tmnet bill and RM30.00 to TM contractor. I have to wait for 3 to 7 working days for the transfer of the account. Gezzzz…

1 May - I moved to new house.

4 May - TM appointed contractor called and did something to the telephone pole. Tried connect to the internet but can’t. DSL light on modem not present. Maybe not yet ready.

13 May - 20 days after filled up the form, my house phone is activated. Fcuk la.. its take 20 days to make it. Tried connect to the internet again but DSL light on modem not present as well. I called tmnet customer service 1300-88-9515. OMG he said that the streamyx account still using my old house address, what I have to do is go to TMpoint and ask them to transfer the streamyx account to the new address!

14 May - I went to TMpoint again and told the same kakak that the streamyx is still under old house address. You know what she said?

“Akak lupa nak key in la dik.. ni akak buat sekarang..” (I forgot to key in the new address, I do it now”)

Aduhaiiii… now I have to wait for 7 days working time.

Update**

18 May 2008 - I went to TMpoint again to check the status. They put me under waiting list for available streamyx slot. Gezzz.. almost 3 weeks now.

This is not what they potrayed in the media, fast, effective and all the bullshits..

    biasak laa tuu dulu bleh laa kata birokrasi ke ape ke sbb kjaan. tapi skang dah swasta…. hmmm nak wat cane plak yerk?

    aku penah jadi staf dan aku penah jadi bos. jadi,
    nasihat kpd semua2 staf di mana2 sykt: wat la keje dgn spenuh hati (sbb kita dpt gaji penuh takde potong2), jgn tangguh2 dan jgn ada bos baru tnjuk wat kje sbb pintu rezki bukan bos yg jaga tapi tuhan yg maha melihat lagi maha mengetahui.

    nasihat kpd bos2 di mana2 sykt: slalu2 laa tgk anak2 buah wat keje, slalu ajar perkara yg berkaitan keje, jadi lah contoh utk staf2. jgn suka sangsi dgn overtime yg staff kita wat. kene paham masalah yg dihadapi staf.

    bile 2 pihak ni dlm keadaan bagus, nescaya eddyra takkan merana menunggu streamyx nya atau sesiapa yg memerlukan khidmat dari sesebuah sykt.

    bile takde salah satu pihak ni, mmg la sykt tuu lingkup.

    Problemnye ialah customer issue ni tak akan sampai kemanapun sebabnya siapa kat TMnet tu nak jadi hero utk react. Customer Satisfaction?…tampalkan besar-besar kat dinding dah cukup…tak akan kene potong gaji atau buang kejepun jika customer buat complain…

    Betul eddy. Saya punya rumah nk tunggu Tm datang 1 month. 2 Bulan saya bayar internet baru boleh connect. Bulan ke 2 tu saya maki la. Saya x suka. I hate it. Sbb sy x suka kerja lmbt. Even my boss pun tau no pending on my works… Lagi menyakitkan hati pegi PKK adoi. Bleh makan kacang.. sy duduk tercegat dkt kaunter diorang bleh wat x tau. At last saya ckp apa ” orang dekat kaunter ni pegi mana? Makan? X sudah2 makan”. Saya x suka berkasar dgn orang tp dh 15 minit saya panggil n tunggu dia bleh buat derk je! Panas tuh.Sorry bukan nk melepaskan kemarahan. But orang kerja Goverment ni still have time to eat. B/Fast, Lunch, Tea Time.Pukul bape start kerja. At the end. It’s time to go back.

    memang cap ayam…eh..cap kubar ballor..streamyx umahku memang lembab xaktif..agent and TM sendiri sama2 bertelagah kata hok ni salah, hok tu salah..ngaruk ngabang sekali..memang teruk service die..dah la blinking sokmo..setiap kali blinking..kene tepon customer line..kaya gitu jer la puok2 TM tu..adei..tension tensional.. ;P

Macam ci…haram j…makan duet haram je.servive maken lame maken mcm lancau…ko tgk le ni x lame lagi memang bungkos teros la TM ni.Pegi jahanam la TM dengan TMNUT & SCREAMYXnye….Servis brodband yg paling bodoh skali di dlm dunia…
