I wonder if the tobacco companies reduce the amount of nicotine, their sales might drop. Will government implement this? I dont think the government will do that because it is by means of tobacco and cigarette that has built up this country and ensures it continues to reap huge financial profit.

    If instruction comes frm WHO I guess it will be followed and I doubt sales will drop.
