Broccoli stops skin cancer

Broccoli. Love it or hate it, we should all be eating regularly. Broccoli is green and great for combating stress and fatigue. A study shows that 100g Broccoli provides almost one-third of the daily requirement of Vitamin E that helps keep your skin young and fresh.
Great news for broccoli lover.
The researcher at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland said that broccoli extract could be better protection against skin cancer than sunscreen. The extract has to be applied at least 24 hours in advance to give it time to work. Skin cancer is generally a result of too much exposure
to the sun. Do not rely on the use of sunscreens to protect you against skin cancer.
Tips for your broccoli, good quality broccoli will be dark green to almost blue in color on the flower end. Avoid broccoli with a flower end that is soft enough to easily part with your finger tips. Avoid broccoli that is even slightly limp
