Setahun berlalu dan kini Ramadhan datang lagi. Ramadhan di sambut dengan penuh kesyukuran bagi mereka yang beriman, atau penuh kebengangan bagi yang malas puasa, terutamanya syaitan dan iblis serta jin jin kapir.

Elok la sangat tu jadi geng dengan jin jin kapir tu. Pagi puasa, masuk tengahari cari kedai yang jual itik gantung tu beli nasik. Time hari biasa nak masuk pun rasa was-was nak makan eh ehh time bulan puasa belasah selamba jugak.

Dulu aku masa kecik kecik belum akal baligh dulu pernah juga beli nasik ni tengahari time puasa hehehe.. Hek eleh korang pun sama la.

Hmm.. Bagi mereka yang beriman ni memang dah lama menunggu bulan Ramadhan sebab banyak banyaknya rahmat di bulan mulia ni. Pintu syurga di buka seluas-luasnya dan pintu neraka di tutup. Syaitan dan iblis di rantai. So yang tak puasa jugak tu memang lah geng-geng makhluk kapir ni hehe salah ke aku kata….

Tahun ni, aku menyambut Ramadhan dalam suasana yang cukup berbeza. Seorang diri tanpa anak isteri seperti tahun-tahun lalu. Syahdu la jugak kan, orang lain buka puasa dengan family, aku? Aku entahlah rasanya bukak puasa samaada solo, atau dengan bebudak bujang atau pun dengan bapak bapak orang yang sama nasib dengan aku.

Bukak puasa rasanya OK kut . Aku boleh masak nasik, goreng telur, masak sardin, goreng keropok, cari budu kalau ada, goreng sayur, atau buat sayur campur, goreng ikan ka, kari ikan ka, ayam masak kicap ka, alahhh aku boleh buat punya lauk lauk tu. Alah setakat nak buat lauk cap ayam macam tu no problem la, bodo bodo pun singgam pun ok apa.. tapi…. kalau tak sempat boleh cari kat kedai atau gerai gerai bazar Ramadhan he he he.. Ok apa.

Sahur tu yang mencabar sikit tu, nak bangun satu hal, nak masak satu hal gezzzzz… Kalau zaman jahiliah dulu kalau tak sahur makanya .. He he he tau takpa. Duduk bujang ni, entah lah.. Kalau sempat sahur tu sahur lah kalau tak tak lah.. Dulu ada bini boleh kejut, bangun basuh muka terus makan jer. Abis makan tu mandi wajib dan tunggu masuk subuh. Hmm.. Ok apa. Siang hari tak bleh buat kang kena kifarah ooo… Gila apa nak puasa 2 bulan.

Tapi jaga-jaga time nak abis waktu imsak tu, kalau tengah ‘online’ baik berhati-hati sebab time itu lah kalau bila dah sedar tu aisehhh dah abis imsak rupanya. Haaa puasa la kau yang jantan ni 2 bulan. Itu tok guru aku pesan dulu.

Tak paham sudah..

Sini bukak puasa seawal 6.40 petang. Best apa, dulu masa duk kat Semenanjung bengang je tengok Sabah Sarawak bukak puasa awal.

According to the study, women who drank more than three cups of coffee a day had breasts an average 17% smaller than those whose who drank less than three cups a day.

The results of Jernström’s findings have been published in the British Journal of Cancer. Helena Jernstroem is a lecturer in experimental oncology at Lund University, Sweden.

However, the scientists found that daily caffeine intake may help reduce your breast-cancer risk, reports the Daily Mail (UK). The scientists believe that the coffee’s effect on the body is related to its impact on the body’s estrogen levels.

All cigarette packs sold in Malaysia have to carry graphic pictures to warn people of the dangers of smoking..
