I promise to update this stupid blog once I get my things sorted out.

Mana bleh sabar? U are a paying customer so u can choose either to scream, complain or give feedback. If there r many nice ppl like u, sipuri n Zol no wonder many get away with poor customer svc. And if u hve to complain or give feedback make sure it goes to the right person or better still write to the press of the poor svc. If customers choose to keep mum things will not improve.
